Gestalt pedagogy and healing spiritual welfare after Albert HĂśfer

The entirety of a learning process is more than the sum of its elements (1st Gestalt law)

As a first element we take the pedagogue, the teacher: It is their task to pass on the culture and contents of education.

The pupils (children, young people, grown ups) are the pluriformal element of the educational process through: different origins, level of education, motivation to learn, personal destiny...

In the interactional learning process the supplies of teachers combine with the pupils´ acceptance. The result of this process is a new €œproduct€ whose form depends on the success of the interactional process.

No learning process is unbiased as culture teaches values, which also the ethical- religious values belong to (see the discussion about the Islam). We are under an obligation to the biblical image of a person and its healing experience of transcendency.

Pupils like teachers are present with their destiny. The foreground of our conscious actions is swimming like a small island on the sea of the unconscious. If this dynamics is positive, it is going to be part of the learning process. If it is negative, it can be transformed through a healing spiritual welfare.
